COLOR ME BOLD
Bold and bright colors took over the runway this S/S Fashion Week. In addition to radiant yellows, this season you'll see blazing oranges, daring lime greens and bright cherry reds.
But, the most popular color that graced the runway was the ever recycled trending color pink. This time, ranging from soft but bold pinks to then intense neon pinks, that really catch attention.
The bold colors weren't confined to only knits and cotton. Bright, patterned and bedazzled statement patent leather graced models as they strutted down the runway.
The material is showcased with daring patent leather pants, shorts, skirts and shoes, the patent leather trend is running strong this season.
Season after season animal print finds it way on the runway. From sexy cheetah prints to chic zebra prints, the runway was fully stocked.
Appearing in a range of colors on tops, slip dresses, slouchy one-shouldered sweaters, suits and trench coats, your sure to see many wild things this season.
SOFT & STRONG
There was a noticeable softness to many of the collections this season. Romantic flourishing garments that cling to the body or elegantly fall, but with boldly patterned knits, hand-cut fringes and ostrich-feather-trimmings.
Designers loaded garments with lace, ruffles, black velvet bows and feminine frills.
THOSE BOLD SHOULDERS
The top trending feature from the rocking decade was showcased this season, making the bold should the thing of the now!
Featured in boxy knee-length dresses, leopard-print coats, snakeskin-patterned suits, knit turtleneck and zipper-embellished mini dresses.
